By accessing or using WizeGen ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
WizeGen is a digital judgment platform that teaches children aged 8 to 15 to recognize and respond to online risks through interactive, scenario-based learning. The platform has two sides: the Junior Zone (child-facing learning experience) and the Parent Hub (parent-facing dashboard and guidance).
WizeGen is designed for use by children aged 8 to 15 under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must create the account, provide consent, and remain responsible for the child's use of the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any child in your care using WizeGen.
WizeGen offers the following plans:
Payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.
You agree to use WizeGen only for its intended educational purpose. You agree not to share account credentials, resell access, attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or use the platform in any way that could harm children or other users.
All content, curriculum, assessments, scenarios, and platform features are owned by WizeGen and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. On termination, your access to the platform will cease.
WizeGen is an educational platform. Content is designed to build digital judgment skills and is not a substitute for professional psychological, legal, or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, WizeGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
